Exhibition




1. Exhibition Date and Time

-2018.10.24 (Wednesday) 9:00~17:00
-2018.10.25 (Thursday) 9:00~15:00
The products of exhibits shall be carried in from 13:00 to 17:00 on Tuesday, October 23.
In addition, taking out shall be completed from 15:00 to 17:00 on Thursday, October 25.
The schedule above is possible to be changed in the future.

3. Exhibits

(1) Contents

Exhibits shall be in accordance with the theme of the conference. Please inform us of the overview when signing up. We may refuse exhibits depending on the application contents.


(2) Power supply

Power supply an electrical outlet of 50Hz 100V is available for each section. When signing up, please inform us of your demands in voltage source capacity. < The capacity could be raised. The cost will be estimated separately>


(3) Restrictions

You can use a truck to carry things, but please take care not to damage the floor. Since the floor strength is unclear, please do not bring those extremely heavy things. In addition, things on the lended tables should be less than 50kg.


(4) Explainer

The explainers should be prepared by the exhibitor.
In addition, we will grant three participation cards for up to three presenters per company exhibition.
The exhibitor will submit a list of explainers including substitution of persons, and the explainer should always wear a descriptor name tag prepared by the organizer.


(5) Other notes

  • Please be aware of the damage and contamination of the floor.
  • Please dispose of garbage generated by the exhibitor at the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  • There is almost no place to store the equipment used for packing and transportation in the exhibition hall, so please minimize the equipment, or please take it home.

    4. Tenantable things

    You can borrow the following things: tables, chairs and panels. And take good care of them.
  • Long tabel (length 1,800 mm × depth 450 mm × height 700 mm), each exhibitor 1 or 2 legs
  • Chairs, each company 1 or 2 legs
  • Poster board (1,660 mm in height × 1,130 mm in width), one or two for each exhibitor
  • However, as it is possessed by Tohoku University, please be careful not to damage it. In the unlikely event that damages are given to the lendable items, the exhibitor is responsible for compensation.


    5. Exhibition fee

    100,000 JPY per section (Academic discount (50%))


    6. How to apply

    Please fill Application form and send it to the secretariat together with a document describing the overview of your exhibition by 31/July.
