Presentation
Oral presentations
- All presentations must be given in English.- Oral presentations are performed in 15 minutes + Q&A.
- All presenters are asked to bring their own laptop computers for the presentation.
- All presenters are strongly suggested to check their presentations before starting their presentation.
- Presenters' laptop computers must be equipped with an RGB (D-Sub 15 pin) output monitor terminal. Please bring an adapter for interface conversion if necessary.
- Speakers must operate their own computers during presentations at the podium.
Poster presentations
- A formal poster presentation will take place at Sakura Hall 1st flor in a dedicated session "Poster Session" on Wednesday when the presenters will be kindly requested to stand by their posters.- Format: one panel (width 113 cm, height 166 cm) will be available for each poster. The posters need to be affixed on the panels by using drawing pins. (you cannot use magnets)
- Poster presenters are encouraged to put their posters on the panels by 9:00 on Wednesday (October 24) and to keep the posters on the panels by 15:00 on Thursday (October 25).
- Posters must be taken away by October 25, 17:00. Otherwise, the posters left on the boards after Closing will be discarded.
